How QuantSprint handles account, billing, and training data
The short version
Guest training sessions stay in your browser. If you sign in, completed session summaries may also be stored in Cloudflare D1 so your history can be available across devices.
Information we collect
- Account information such as your email address, name, and authentication provider identifier.
- Training information such as assessment mode, score, accuracy, response-time summary, percentile, and category metrics for signed-in users.
- Billing information handled by our payment provider. We receive customer and plan references, but not your complete card number.
- Support messages and request logs needed to answer questions, protect the service, and investigate abuse.
How we use information
We use this information to operate accounts, sync training history, provide paid access, process payments, answer support requests, and keep QuantSprint secure. We do not sell personal information or use training answers for advertising.
Local storage and cookies
Guest session history is stored locally under the versioned QuantSprint arena store. Authentication uses a necessary session cookie. Locale and interface preferences may also be stored in your browser. See the Cookie Policy.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the application and database. Our configured authentication, email, analytics, and payment providers receive only the information required for their service.
Retention and deletion
You can delete local guest history using your browser controls. Signed-in users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data. Billing records may be retained where tax or accounting law requires it.
